Gain you Ideal Weight without Cutting your Food Intake

How many of you trapped in yo-yo diet? Well, It’s nice if you could maintain your ideal weight, right? But how can that happens if you still 'cutting' your food intake all the time. Believe it or not, you don't need to starve to lose weight! Many people always asking about why they still gain weight after decrease their eat portion. It don’t need any explanation, I’m sure that you already know that you need high metabolism to burn the fat in your body. If you cut your food intake, your metabolism will work slowly, make you gain still weight! I always said to my client that you must never skip your meals, especially for breakfast. Breakfast ensures that your metabolic rate is kept high at all times, which in turn results in the burning of fat and loss of weight. Skip your breakfasts is one of the best ways to gain a lot of weight very quickly!
Food is not your enemy. For losing weight fast, split your big meals into 5 small meals, eat it frequently (of course with the right food). In this way, your metabolic rate will get in high gear right and you will be able to burn fat throughout the day!

The last is about consuming protein. Protein will help you to accelerate the weight loss. You should consume protein as frequently as possible. Have protein-rich foods a couple of hours before going to bed will help you in fat burning process while you sleeping.

Protein will also help you build muscles. Muscles, in turn, will burn fat for you! Eventually, you will lose weight!
