Why You are not Losing Weight

If you always asking why you are not losing weight, then I will give you a list of ‘successfully lose weight’. You only need to follow it step by step and avoid the bad behaviors, then you will be able to lose weight. Believe Me!

1. Do not starving! Yes, you will lose weight but you will gain back weight, the worst, you will gain more. It’s because your body will compensate. If you are doing it for a few days it's OK to detoxify your organism but in the long run, it really hurts your health.

2. Do not skip your meals. The reason is same like the first one. And the other reason is because you need energy every hour. That’s why I always suggest my client to add the snacks between their daily meals. Of course a healthy snack, my recommendations here are to eat fruits.

3. Physical activities. Make sure you don’t overdo it. You don't have to go to the fitness club every day, you only need to the simple regular activities. You can try walking, biking, gardening, follow the dancing car, or you can try crunch-ball for tummy workouts. It really useful for burn calories faster, especially walking 20~40 minutes a day.

4. Stay hydrated. Water is more powerful than soda or beer. Maybe you don't know it but beer is really bad sugar. Water must be your fist choice and drink when you need it.

5. Avoid negative feelings, such as anger, envy or stress because those negative emotions make it hard to lose weight.

6. Lack of sleep or rest. Recent studies have shown that lack of sleep is bad for your weight loss.

7. Control your weight once a week! I think this is the best advice for you. It's better to see that you have lost 1 to 2 pounds a week than 50 to 8 0 g per day.
