Why You Can’t Ignore Exercise?

Regular exercise is a part of healthy lifestyle, improve your health and maintain your weight. And effective weight loss program must include a combination of right eating habits and regular daily exercise.
Exercise has more benefits than just a slimmer body. It helps you to reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and cancer. It also improves breathing, flexibility, balance and sleep.
So, what is the best exercise for losing weight? I recommended you exercise moderately at least 30 minutes per day for 3 or 4 days a week, moderate activity such as walking, cycling, swimming, dancing, and gardening.
Well, the thirty minutes of daily exercise does not need to be done in one continuous session. It is possible to split up the exercise by doing some in the morning and some in the afternoon and still receive the same benefits.
It is important to check with your doctor before starting an exercise program. If the exercise causes you any pain or discomfort, stop immediately and contact your doctor.
As well as exercise, it is important to adopt a good and right eating habit. You should eat plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, wholegrain breads and cereals, legumes and raw nuts and seeds. Also, choose lean meats and poultry and include oily fish such as salmon. And the most important thing is to drink plenty of water. Losing weight does not need to be boring.
If you can include some form of exercise along with sensible healthy eating. Make it your lifestyle and you'll never have to diet again.
