Pay Attention to What You Eat!

They think that with starving, they will be able to lose weight. But the right way to lose excess body fat is to encourage your body to burn it off rather than us starve it off.

Or the simple explanation is pay attention to ‘what’ you eat, not ‘how much’ you eat! Once you can do it, you will be able to make your metabolism running at a healthy level. Then your metabolism will burn calorie effectively every single minute of the day and night while you are resting and while you are exercising. And you will be able to lose weight!

Only one factor that make you gain or lose weight. That is how active your metabolism is at breaking down and burning off that food. That’s why you need to speed up your metabolism and keep it running at a healthy, efficient level so your very own brigade of workers can deal to your fat stores.

And to make happen, like I mention before, pay attention to ‘what’ you eat! So, what you need to eat? You need to eat the negative calorie foods or the food that increase metabolism. Add lots of raw and cooked vegetables to your protein source! Try and eat 5 small meals each day, every 2-3 hours and you will have a recipe to supercharge your metabolic engine for fat burning, anti aging, loads of energy and optimal health.
