Guide to Losing Weight

Diet is the best ways in losing weight, but there are thousands diet programs out there. If you can choose the right diet program, you will be able to lose weight. But if you don’t have a plan to join a diet programs, don’t worry, you also will be able to lose weight. And here the guide to losing weight:

1. Set the goal
This is the important thing to do. Don’t set the unrealistic goals like lose 20 pounds in one week. You should set your weight loss goal that easier for you, well, like lose 2 pounds in three weeks, after achieve it, you can start to decide to lose 2 pounds in two weeks, and so on… After lose some pounds you will have a confidence to lose more pounds.

2. Weight loss Plan
If your plan is really strict, just avoid it. Maybe you think that is not the good advice, but you should know that the suitable weight loss plan is the best for you. You will be able to lose weight easiest, just consult and set the right/suitable plan with your dietitian! Then you should be discipline to do your plan!

3. Mentor
In this case, I suggest dietitians, because they know what the best for you.

And another person that can be the right mentor for you, is your MOTHER. Well, yes, maybe that’s right that your mother don’t know nothing about diet. But she know what the best food to eat, she know the best nutrient for your body. Remember give the best nutrient to your body is the right things to do in losing weight. Your mother advice is the best guide to losing weight!

I agree with you that there's a need to have a reliable mentor when one intends to go on a diet. Aside from dietitians, mothers know best. More power to you and your readers!
