1. Starvation
This is the biggest myth in losing weight. If you starve yourself, you make your body active the ‘survival’ mode. Because your body think that you are in the danger of famine. Your metabolism will only burn fewer calories, and store the fat. So, if you want to lose weight quickly, don’t try to starve yourself. 2. Eat what you want
Ok, even that I told you to avoid to being hungry. It doesn’t mean that you can eat what you want. You will not lose any pounds, if you are eating more calories than you burn. This is true no matter how much exercise you do.
