The other thing you need to do is exercise. Now I will teach you the best exercise for losing weight. Actually I read the article about this exercise with the unexpected way, but who care as long as the method works, because I already practice it out. And this method called HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). So, check it out:
If you do the exercise, let’s say cardio, you only burn the fat while doing it. But with HIIT, fat burned while doing it and rest (because it’s really speed up your metabolism). If you always follow my blog, I always said that the exercise for losing weight must be walking. Same like HIIT, but you need to do both walking and sprint.
First, you should walk for 48 seconds, then sprint (not just run) for 12 seconds. Repeat this motion for 5-6 times. You only need 10-15 minutes to do this method. But you should do it at the track/road. Using treadmill is not recommended. The other thing you should pay attention is you only need to do HIIT 2 times a week, because your body need rest.

I agree that exercise is a healthy part of the mix when trying to lose weight, but equally important is weight loss motivation and a "feel good attitude" about oneself. Have you tried SPANX yet? They certainly won't make you lose weight, but they do help slim and trim your outward appearance while you are eating healthy and exercising!
I am focusing on exercise now to help reach my weight loss goal.
I walk daily for one hour and i will try the HIIT method mentioned by you.
