They will make you believe that you can lose many pounds with their product, and a lot of people will buy it. Then don’t shocked if they don’t work like they said before (well, actually many of them really can’t work).

In losing weight, you should have a goal to achieved, motivation in losing weight, and the important at all, The Plan. If you don’t have a plan, how you can reach your weight loss goal?
