Foods that Speed Up your Metabolism will not only increase your metabolism but also will help you in losing weight. Burn the calories faster and you will be able to lose weight quickly.
Remember the food that increase metabolism? Ok, this is the part II. The foods that speed up your metabolism must be the fruits and vegetables. The fruit like apples, limes, oranges, lemons, watermelon, and blueberries. And the vegetables like beet roots, cabbage, broccoli, carrots.
And I already find out the best fruit and vegetable that can increase your metabolism. Check it out:
1. Eggs
The food that can speed up your metabolism must full of protein. Because your metabolism burning more calories in processing protein than carbohydrates or fats. And the best food that have the best quality of protein is Egg.
2. Spinach
The best vegetables that can speed up your metabolism is the spinach. Spinach not only speed up your metabolism, spinach also help to repair damaged muscles and prevent free radicals from doing their damaging effects to your health. Spinach is full of vitamin C, iron, potassium, magnesium, and antioxidants.
3. Grapefruit
Grapefruit contains high fiber. Its lower the insulin levels in your body that trigger your system to store fat. That’s why your body need to burn extra calories in order to break it down.
I will add another food that can increase your metabolism. It’s my promise, because I don’t want you to starve in order to lose weight. Starving yourself is not the answer for losing weight.
