In this article I'm going to show you how to speed up your metabolism and you will be able to burn calories faster. Well, maybe you already know that, one pound of weight roughly consists of 3500 calories. That’s why if you can burn calories faster than you will be able to lose weight quickly. Eat more often
Split your meals into 5 meals a day. With this way, your metabolism keep working… even when you sleep. And please avoid the junk food. Read my previous post about Shifting Calorie Diet.

Eat the protein, because protein is the one of the food that increase metabolism. Protein intake stabilizes the amount of insulin in the bloodstream. Your body will work more to break down protein. You can find it in red meat, chicken, turkey, fish, cheese, etc.

Find the exercise that will suitable for you. Ok, I found another great tips when I search the article about the best exercise for losing weight in Google. Using the exercise machine (i.e. riding a stationary bike) while watching TV. Watching an interesting program makes exercise go much easier since your brain is engaged in the program rather than the exercise you're doing. Fat loss is going to be 100% easier with exercise!
