Motivation in Losing Weight

Mindset is the most important tool in everything you do. Having a right mindset will help you to reach your goals, include weight loss goals. If you ever read The Secret: The Law of Attraction (if you never read it, go to the nearly book store and buy it, or you can visit Amazon), it said that “if you had the right mindset, right motivation, you will be easier in reach your goal”

And here 3 motivational tips in reaching your weight loss goals:
1. A reasons
Find the reason, why you want to lose weight? Yup, many reasons you can find.

2. Positive attitude
Yes, you know that junk food is not good for your dieting, but you still eat it? Do the right thing in reaching your weight loss goals, like finding the right weight loss program, best exercise for losing weight, etc

3. Realistic goal
You need to know that you need a time for gain a healthy and permanent weight loss. If you want to lose 30 pounds in 2 weeks, I will said it is impossible, except you take a diet pills, but you should know that is not healthy and you will trapped in yo-yo diet.

Make a realistic goal is simple, the ideal is lose 1-2 pounds a week. If you want to lose 50 pounds (let’s say you doing the best and you can lose 2 pounds a week), then you will be able to lose 50 pounds in 25 weeks, or 6 months. Maybe you think that is too long, but I can make sure that is a permanent weight loss!

As with dieting, it is vital to be in a proper state of awareness. Has the person been changed from within first? Does the person have a clear motivation for such a change? These are questions that need to be addressed by the person.
