I prefer to start my weight loss program, do it for gain my ideal weight, of course without being hungry. What kind of life is it if you're always feeling hungry.

You should know that hungry means your body need to eat. It’s a signal that your body is in danger, need food to eat. If you not eat in that time, your body will think that you are in the danger of famine. Your survival instinct will active to protect you from starvation death with slowing your metabolism. And guess, your fat burn will also work slowly, not help you in losing weight.

I want to tell you that you do not have to be hungry in order to lose weight. Eating your meals and keeping yourself full will help you stick to your healthy eating plan and reach your goals. Keeping your hunger in check will help you avoid overeating. It will also prevent you from feeling miserable, frustrated and out of control. Here the tips for you:

1. Try to eat 5-6 small frequent meals as opposed to three large ones. If you wait too long for a meal, by the time the food comes, you will be starving and will not be able to control yourself. Eating smaller meals more often helps keep you full, and lets you be in control.

2. Don’t skip your meals, especially for breakfast. Some people think that by skipping breakfast or lunch they will save total calories, but the opposite happens. Because they go for too long without food, they end up compensating for it and then some later in the day. In addition, skipping meals slows down your metabolism, because your body feels like it's not getting enough food. So it activates its survival instinct and burns fewer calories.

3. Eat slower. It takes our body around 20 minutes to realize that it's full. If you eat too fast, you will eat unnecessary calories while your body is determining whether it is still hungry. By the time it realizes that it's full, it is too late, since you've already eaten more than you needed. If you eat slowly, your brain will start sending signals to stop eating just in time.

Losing weight in a healthy way does not involve starving or deprivation. That's why it is permanent -- if you lose weight in a healthy way, you're likely to keep it off for good.

People always come to me asking how to losing weight fast. After that, I ask, ”Do you know what is your ideal weight?” Then they said “this”. After I count, with “that” weight, they are too skinny. I don’t know why they want get “that” weight. It’s not ideal weight.

WHO (World Health Organization) was suggest one method for determine your ideal weight according to BMI (Body Mass Index). And this is the course:


If your BMI <18 You are too skinny
If your BMI between 18.5 - 22.9 You are ideal
If your BMI between 23.0 - 26.9 You are over weight
If your BMI between 27.0 - 35 You are obesity
If your BMI between >35 You are morbid obesity, that can cause dead

Then, how to count your BMI? Simple, here is the formula: Weight (kg) / (tall (m) x tall (m))

Let’s say your weight is 60kg and your tall is 165cm, it’s become 60 / (1,65 x 1,65) = 22,038 that’s mean you are ideal.

Yup, we are not need the calorie when we want to sleep, but we need protein while we sleep. Because when we sleep the hormone will grow and our body will repair all the cells, and that need protein. 4. Not eat after sport

Eat after sport is important for our body.
