It’s very important to have a goal in your life. It can be reach your dream, same like a weight loss. You need a weight loss goal to help you. Then you can start to design your strategy in losing weight. And here step by step to make a clearly goal for permanent weight loss:

1. Set a clearly goals! Have you said your goal clearly? Your subconscious reaction to the qualitative.

2. The clearly goal means the exact time and date when you can reach your goal. Please start to write down it.


3. For the example, I would like to start a small goal to lose five pounds in the next month, which set a target date for achieving this goal.

4. Please consult your goal, not to other people or your dietitian, but to yourself positively.

5. One concentrating on one specific issue at once.

6. To initiate action as that already achieved your goals.

7. Can it help you to maintain a positive attitude, I can do this yourself, please tell us.

8. Reward yourself, but don’t cheating. For the example, once you can reach your goal, you can cut hair, manicure, lose yourself properly reward or other indulgence without a bubble bath.

The first thing you need to do when you decide to dieting is set the goals. It will help you to keep focus on the small things that must be done to achieve big dreams. It tells you what you need to in order to lose weight.

I’m sure when you decide to dieting, you only said “I’m going to lose 25 pounds…..I’m going to exercise regularly…. I’m not going to eat fat… and so on”. That’s why many people fail. They forget the details.

What the details? To help you, here the questions you need to answer in setting your goals:
1. How many pounds you want to lose?
2. When you will achieve it? (Make a realistic goal, 1-2 pounds per week)

Now, about the exercise:
3. What type of exercise are you going to do?
4. What days will you do it?
5. What time will you do it?
6. Do you need to buy any equipment?

The last one is about your eating plan:
7. What will you have for breakfast each morning?
8. What will you have for lunch? Do you need to prepare it the night before?
9. What will you have for dinner?
10. Do you snack? What will you snack on?

There 10 questions that you need to be answered if you really want to success in losing weight. Now, take a paper and pen, write your answer! Then you will have your a detailed plan for successful weight loss. You only need to follow the plan, then you will achieve your successful weight loss.

Set a Realistic Weight Loss Goal

losing weight quickly, weight loss goalThe question I often hear is "where do I start?” Well, the first thing to do if you want to achieve a successful weight loss diet, you need to set your goals. Setting a realistic goal is the first step if you want to burn off the pounds.

The realistic goals keep you to stay motivated. They will let you know where you have been and where you need to go. And there the important things to keep in mind when you setting your weight loss goals:

First, you must have short term and long term goals. For the example, if you want to lose 100 pounds, break it down into smaller and quickly achievable. You can begin with set your long term goal lose 50 pounds in 6 months (means you will be able to lose 100 pounds in 1 year), and your short term goal should be lose 5 pounds every 2 weeks.


You should write your goals down and always keep them nearby. With this way, you will be able to keep track of your success easier, and stay motivated when you achieve your short term goal. So, the key is in keeping your goals reachable!

You also need to stay away from any diet program that promises that you will be able to lose more than 5 pounds a week. 2 to 3 pounds a week is very achievable, and well within your reach. Keep in mind that you didn't gain all the weight overnight, it took time to put on those extra pounds. It's going to take time burning off the pound.

There really is no successful weight loss secret. We all have the ability to lose weight and live a healthier life. It is all up to you.
